So you've decided this is the smartest way to go...here's what to expect.

WHAT TO DO BEFORE WE ARRIVE:
Please have the surfaces cleared of any items.  Shampoo, soap, and everything else removed from the bathtub.  Microwaves, knickknacks, dishes all removed from counter.  Sink free and clear of dishes.  An additional fee will be added for excessive cleaning, so if there are years of soap scum built up, you may want to give it an initial scrub before we arrive.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Use only non-abrasive cleaners such as Dawn dish soap or other mild cleaner which specifically states “Approved for acrylic surfaces” on the label, but apply with only a non- abrasive sponge.

Fix any dripping faucets as soon as possible to prevent rust stains and mineral deposits from your water pipes damaging the finish.

DO NOT leave bar soap or bottles standing on the surface for long periods of time.  If we have refinished your soap dish, please use a rubber insert to protect the finish.

DO NOT USE: Comet, Ajax, Bleach, Kaboom or other abrasive cleaners, acids, toilet bowl cleaners or any product not designed for acrylic bathroom cleaning.

DO NOT USE: Brillo-pads, harsh scrubbing sponges, steel wool, sandpaper, or any other gritty object or cleaner to clean the tub.

DO NOT USE: ladders, tools, chairs, or any other heavy object that could damage the surface.

NOTE TO CONTRACTORS AND FIX AND FLIPPERS:
Please let me come in last.  The finished product is subject to how clean the surrounding area is.  If the floors are not done and there is dust everywhere, that dust will find its way into your finished product.  Please do not schedule me to be there at  the same time as other contractors.  The products I use smell strong, requiring me to use a mask and exhaust extractors, I cannot be responsible for other contractors, or how their work affects the finished product.  It is best if I come in last.
